Participants are encouraged to review course materials shortly after enrollment. A refund request may be submitted within five (5) calendar days of purchase.
This period allows for initial evaluation of the course content and platform structure.
Engagement-Based Review
Refund eligibility depends on how extensively the course has been used.
Factors considered may include:
• number of lessons opened
• level of interaction with materials
• completion of exercises
• time spent within the platform
Limited engagement increases the likelihood of refund approval.
Non-Eligible Cases
Refund requests may not be approved if:
• a significant portion of the course has been accessed
• learning materials have been fully utilized
• the request is submitted after the evaluation period
• expectations differ from the clearly described course content
Refund Processing
